MRI Technologist (full-time)

About the role

Heartland Imaging is seeking an MRI Technologist to join their patient-focused team. The position is full-time flexible, offering three 12-hour shifts per week, specifically on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM respectively. Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and procedure details.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of MRI machines.

Requirements

• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT).
• Current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT.
• MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT upon hire.
• Meet state licensure requirements for the practice location.
