About the role
We are seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI imaging equipment, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality diagnostic images.
Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment and software for diagnostic purposes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Explain procedures and address patient concerns
- Follow safety protocols and maintain imaging standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with clinical hours completed
- ARTR registry or eligible (must achieve registry within 6 months)
- State licensure may be required
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform necessary movements
Skills
- Proficiency with imaging equipment and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
