About the Role
Performs and interprets analysis on patient specimens through the use of complex laboratory techniques. Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson - Laboratory, 1400 US Highway 61, Festus, Missouri 63028.

Requirements
- Associate's degree.
- MLT or MLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire OR completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training course.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of acceptable clinical laboratory experience.
- MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification.
