MRI Technologist

About the role

This role is for a full-time MRI Technologist at the University Radiology's Neptune, NJ Imaging Office. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, rotating Saturdays. This position qualifies for float differential pay and may require training and performing remote MRI scanning.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and manage MRI procedures
• Perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
• Adequately adhere to all department and facility safety protocols
• May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning

Requirements

• ARRT(MR) certification
• 3 to 5 years of MR work experience
• High-field magnet experience a must
• GE high-field magnet experience preferred
• CT experience a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state license to practice as an MRI technologist

Pay

The pay range is $42 - $55 per hour, actual compensation based on years of MRI experience, certifications, shift differentials, and operational needs. Candidates with advanced experience may be considered for higher compensation within the posted range.

Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.
