About the role
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate MRI scans by positioning patients and operating imaging equipment effectively.
- Optimize images using computer processing and prepare images for diagnoses.
- Ensure proper patient identification, documentation, and labeling of images.
- Maintain equipment quality control and perform medication reconciliation for IV contrast procedures.
- Provide patient care and safety by adhering to safety standards, using proper machine settings, and practicing universal precautions.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members, and educate patients about procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a certified Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Imaging program.
- ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI required; MRI certification to be obtained within six months if not already certified.
- Current state licensure in MRI for applicable states.
- Current BLS/CPR certification for patient care providers.

- Ability to handle stressful situations and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
