Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Understand and adjust MRI parameters (TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view) to produce high-quality images.
• Guide patients through the MRI process, addressing their questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism.
• Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information (PHI) in compliance with regulations.
• Manage on-site medications according to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional behavior and respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, if applicable.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $32.00 - $55.00 per hour
