About the role
Provide safe, high-quality MRI imaging services in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of MRI procedures, prepare equipment, position patients, and obtain diagnostic images following established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort, including contrast administration and emergency response.
- Maintain MRI equipment, document procedures accurately, and transmit images promptly.
- Assist with patient care and support departmental staff.
- Uphold safety and infection control standards.
- Perform clerical tasks, restock supplies, and ensure a clean MRI suite.
- Take call as needed and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year clinical MRI experience.
- ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle stress, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of MRI techniques, anatomy, pathology, and safety protocols.
