We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging under the supervision of a physician. Key Responsibilities Include Executing MRI safety protocols and maintaining magnet safety for patients, staff, and visitors.Selecting appropriate scanning parameters in coordination with radiologists to ensure optimal results.Accurately identifying patients, preparing them for exams, and performing imaging according to department standards.Demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and proper anatomical positioning.Administering contrast and medications as directed by supervising clinicians.Maintaining competency across all clinical and technical functions, adhering to policies and documentation procedures. Qualifications Include ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification, or ARRT(R) with at least one year of MRI experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.IV competency within 30 days of hire. Preferred Skills And Attributes Bachelor’s degree in MRI or Advanced Radiologic Science.Excellent manual dexterity, communication skills, and the ability to operate complex equipment accurately.Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients, and navigate busy clinical environments.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform patient transport and equipment management.
