About the role

MRI Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure MRI systems operate efficiently in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to MRI systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on MRI equipment
• Train end-users on proper system operation and troubleshooting techniques
• Document service activities and provide reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI technology or related field
• Knowledge of MRI physics and imaging principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
