About the role

MRI Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients in the healthcare industry. They diagnose and resolve issues related to MRI equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair MRI equipment issues
• Provide technical support to clients via phone and in-person visits
• Document service activities and report findings to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI technology or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
