About the role

The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization provides onsite technical training for Siemens MRI platform at customer medical facilities. This role involves facilitating expert technical training, ensuring customer excellence, and representing Siemens Healthineers with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers relating to Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows.
  • Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education for both internal and external Siemens partners.
  • Evaluate education needs of customers and create and develop training plans with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
  • Support coach accounts as needed.
  • Evaluate, select, and prioritize modality content development in alignment with Education Development Specialist.
  • Develop customer and employee virtual training programs along with the Education Development Specialist, Siemens training center instructors, and clinical education team members.
  • Follow branding and formatting guidelines for content development.
  • Communicate with virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist regularly on training materials being developed.
  • Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain useful information for potential use in future training programs.
  • Assist with the creation of training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and instructional software.
  • Strong organizational skills including establishing and meeting timelines and schedules.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflow.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred, or graduate from a certified Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT Registered in MR clinical modality required.
  • Typically 5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • MRI cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience – highly preferred.
  • Teaching experience – preferred.

  • Experienced educator who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve customer and employee training and performance.

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $89,220 - $122,672. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

90-95% travel is required. Candidates may reside in the Northeast, Midwest, or Central zones, with consideration given to Southeast and West zone candidates.
