Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and virtual education about the company imaging systems to customers
- Design and develop training materials for internal and external partners
- Evaluate customer education needs and create comprehensive training plans
- Support Coach accounts and provide additional assistance as needed
- Communicate with the virtual delivery team regarding training content
- Maintain a database of training materials and resources
- Participate in meetings and seminars to gather insights for future training
Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree preferred
- Certification in Radiologic Technology required
- ARRT Registered in MR clinical modality is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with demonstrated competence in education delivery
- Preferred experience in MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro imaging systems
- Teaching experience is a plus
