What Will You Do?

• Aid in various aspects of road construction projects in the Allentown area.
• Lead and direct work crews, managing resources and ensuring efficient deployment.
• Communicate openly with Superintendents and Project Managers, addressing any issues that may impact the project timeline.
• Work collaboratively as both a team member and leader, preparing sites for paving work and setting traffic patterns.
• Identify and implement best practices for the efficient use of construction materials.
• Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring that all milestones and completion dates are met.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Gain knowledge about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in Pennsylvania.

  Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3 to 5 years' experience as a Prep or MPT foreman.
  • NECEPT certification is a plus.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within the company.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Team-oriented mindset aligned with NESL’s values of Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
