MOWING FOREMAN/TEAM LEAD (FULL TIME)

Responsibilities

• Review daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand
• Affirm mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized
• Coordinate and communicate work with our customers, considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide professionally manicured yards
• Take responsibility for the quality, productivity and efficiency of your team
• Maintain accurate paperwork for job tracking
• Oversee the team’s work, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure the highest quality work is completed in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Three years of experience in residential mowing
• A desire to be mentored and directed by our operations manager
• Experience operating and maintaining a truck/trailer combo and an Exmark walk-behind mower
• Experience reading landscape designs
