Mountain Sports School Director

About the role

The Mountain Sports School Director at Wasatch Peaks Ranch will lead the school to provide a positive, safe, and responsible skiing/snowboarding experience for members, their families, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Membership, Member Services, and Outfitters teams for reservations, lessons, and training.
• Ensure all instructors are properly trained, certified, and maintain ongoing education and credentials.
• Recommend, configure, and maintain technology systems to meet booking and scheduling needs.
• Operate with discretion and diplomacy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with ski/snowboard instructors and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
