Hiring Event

Join us for the Hiring Event at Welsh Campus! Tuesday, August 18th from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Doors will not open till 3:30pm at 311 Walton Ave, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 (Activity Center). Bring a copy of your resume and dress professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments
  • Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
  • Empower children to develop skills for daily life
  • Encourage their independence through personalized plans of care
  • Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
  • Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Requirements

Direct Support Professionals in Residential Programs

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a related field preferred; for more acute programs, required
  • Current college students or recent graduates desired
  • Valid non-provisional Driver’s License in good standing

Licensed Behavior Analyst

  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required
  • BCBA certification required
  • New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required
  • A PhD in a related discipline is desirable
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred
  • Prior management experience is also preferred

All Compassionate Team Members

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a current, non-provisional, non-probationary driver’s license in good standing
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends

Pay

Direct Support Professionals: $19.19 - $19.58/hr plus differential

Licensed Behavior Analyst: $80,340 - $94,666

Schedule

40 hours: Sun 7am-9pm, Monday 2pm-10pm, Tuesday 2pm-10pm & Thursday 12pm-10pm

40 hours: Tuesday 12pm-10pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, & Saturday 7am-9pm

Please note: Specific programs may have additional education and experience requirements.
