About the role

We are hiring for our children's programs Direct Support Professionals, 2nd and 3rd shift ABA Direct Support Associates, Licensed Behavior Analysts, and LPNs. The event is on Wednesday, July 22nd from 3:30pm-5:30pm at 311 Walton Ave, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054.

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments
  • Assist with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
  • Empower children to develop skills for daily life
  • Encourage their independence through personalized plans of care
  • Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
  • Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Requirements

  • Direct Support Professionals: High School diploma or GED, prior experience in a related field preferred, current college students or recent graduates desired, valid non-provisional Driver’s License in good standing
  • ABA Direct Support Associates: Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with a minimum of 60 credits toward a degree in Special Education Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
  • Licensed Behavior Analysts: Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, BCBA certification required. NJ licensure in behavior analysis required. PhD in a related discipline desirable. Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development, and prior management experience preferred.
  • LPNs: Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited Nursing program with a current and valid N.J. license required. Prior nursing experience working with the developmentally disabled and/or the traumatically brain injured preferred.

Qualifications

  • All Compassionate Team Members Must Be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a current, non-provisional, non-probationary driver’s license in good standing
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must work well in teams and be open to learning new skills
  • Must have the ability and willingness to work weekends

Pay

  • Direct Support Professionals: $19.19 - $19.58/hr plus differential
  • ABA Direct Support Associates: $22.32 - $22.74/hr plus differential
  • Licensed Behavior Analysts: $80,340 - $94,666
  • LPNs: $25.21-$35.27

Schedule

  • Direct Support Professionals: 40 hours Sun 7am-9pm, Monday 2pm-10pm, Tuesday 2pm-10pm & Thursday 12pm-10pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, & Saturday 7am-9pm
  • ABA Direct Support Associates: 40 hours Tuesday 12pm-10pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, & Saturday 7am-9pm
  • Licensed Behavior Analysts: 40 hours Tuesday- Saturday, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
  • LPNs: 40 hours Tuesday- Saturday, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
