We are hiring for our Adults Residential programs Direct Support Professionals - All shifts.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to develop skills for daily life
• Support the personal growth of the people we serve
• Encourage independence through personalized plans of care
• Plan events and outings to build connections within the community
• Communicate with residents’ families and guardians

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Have a current driver’s license in good standing
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• The ability and willingness to work weekends

Qualifications

• Compassionate Team Members Who Are 18 years of age or older

Pay

The current hiring range for this position is $19.06 - $19.44 per hour.
