Moulder Operator

As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship. Salary: $21.55 - $34.92 per hour, starting wage varies based on your experience Up to $1 pay increase at 90 days if meeting or exceeding expectations Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 2:30 pm, Friday, 6:00 am - 10:00 am, if needed No weekends! What You Bring Minimum of 2-5 years of related machine operating experience required (wood fabrication or surfacing/sanding, CNC, moulder operation or programming)Must be mechanically inclined and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and problem solve.Some travel may be required for training (within 2 hour drive of the Mounds View plant).A positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.
