Molding Operator

About the role

The Mold Operator and Packer main function is to clean and assemble completed components and package for shipping. Be able to read and understand work order and refer to product profile to specific job that will be assembled. Turn on and heat up wax machine and wax rings before assembly. Be able to start the bagging machine for packaging and input proper information off the work order into the computer. Must report scrap on requisition and turn in with work order. Verifies that proper labels and tags are being used. Is responsible for keeping in compliance with the JM Eagle T.H.M. (Total Housekeeping Management) program.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge; set up computer for scanning and labeling of parts and pallet; correctly label and package product, set in QA line for final inspection.
• Quality: Aim for zero defects in manufacturing, building quality and reliability into the product; provide the customer with outstanding compliant products and continual drive for improvement; follow guidelines set
