About the role

Motors Technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing various electrical and mechanical motors within industrial settings. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair motor-related issues in manufacturing plants.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks on motors and related equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
  • Document findings and repairs in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in motor repair or related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for motor repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
