About the role

Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees
- Manage employee benefits administration
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support HR initiatives related to payroll and benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
