About the role

Responsible for processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate accounting records. Collaborates with HR and management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for employees

  • Prepare and reconcile financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support HR initiatives related to payroll and benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
