About the role

Join our well-established local dealership as a full-time Motorcycle Sales Associate. Earning potential starts at $60k+. We are looking for motorcycle enthusiasts who are:

Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of customer service in helping others become a part of the dealership team. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

Help customers find the perfect motorcycle that fits their needs and budget. Provide excellent customer service, assist with test rides, and ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

Experience with motorcycles is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Pay

Compensation Structure: Commission-Based with a Guaranteed Minimum Base Draw of $15.00/hour against earned commissions. Good-Faith Expected Earnings (OTE): $48,000 – $82,000 / year (Based on average historical performance of current sales team representatives).
