Motor Vehicle Shift Supervisor
Position Overview
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the store to deliver outstanding customer service, meeting all operational objectives and financial goals, and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role also includes performing the duties of a Customer Service Representative and assisting the Assistant Store Manager in store operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain exemplary customer service and build customer relationships
- Establish a strong customer service culture
- Support the Assistant Store Manager in achieving store goals
- Develop and motivate store team members to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Process transactions, manage cash drawers, and handle cash procedures
- Coach Customer Service Representatives on superior customer service and compliance
- Review and approve checks within limits
- Support store marketing efforts
- Resolve customer complaints
- Manage schedules, cash, and store audits
- Review Operations Bulletins, News communications, and training materials
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
- Willingness to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
- Strong desire to support corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- High-energy, collaborative management experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English, with Spanish proficiency a plus

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle frequent interruptions
