What's the Job?

Supervise and support Vehicle Operators while ensuring safe and efficient daily fleet operations.

Cook up team schedules, administrative tasks, and performance feedback for direct reports.

Lead by example by assisting with software and hardware testing while maintaining operational excellence.

Mentor, motivate, and train team members to meet safety and performance standards.

Collaborate with Fleet Operations leadership and contractors to achieve daily operational goals.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 2 years of autonomous vehicle operator experience with an active AVT permit.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
  • Excellent driving record and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience providing coaching, mentoring, or team leadership in an operations setting.
