What You’ll Do
- Support loss mitigation and foreclosure servicing activities in accordance with investor, insurer, and client guidelines
- Review and process loan modifications, forbearances, repayment plans, short sales, and deeds-in-lieu
- Submit and track loss mitigation requests with investors and mortgage insurers
- Monitor trial payment plans and update servicing/investor systems
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams regarding file status
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet required response timelines
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in residential loss mitigation / foreclosure servicing
- (3–5 years for senior consideration)
- Working knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, VA, USDA guidelines
- Familiarity with AllRegs and mortgage servicing platforms (Sagent preferred)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment
Role Details
- Pay: $21.00 – $25.27/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Location: New Brighton, MN
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
