Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members buying or refinancing a home.
• Understand and apply credit union policies and procedures.
• Manage member accounts and transactions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Pass a credit check.
