Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective clients from a list of leads
- Makes a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet conversion targets
- Utilizes CRM tools to track status, call notes, and follow-ups
- Works closely with Loan Officers, Marketing, and Sales Manager on transfers
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Specific Qualifications
- 1+ year of outbound sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience
- Comfortable speaking with a high volume of prospects daily
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
- Ability to manage a lead pipeline and update records consistently
