Mortgage Originator Processor

About the role

LNB has an excellent opportunity for an extremely self-motivated individual to fill the Mortgage Originator Processor position based within the LNB footprint. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the residential mortgage processing functions.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with customers to obtain required information and documentation in the mortgage application process
• Creating, coordinating and maintaining loan records and files while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year customer service experience
• Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
• Proficient reading, writing, and mathematics skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office functions

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
