Mortgage Originator Processor

About the role

This position supports the residential mortgage processing functions at our Penn Yan Branch, performing a variety of duties to ensure efficient and compliant loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to obtain required information and documentation in the mortgage application process.
• Create, coordinate, and maintain loan records and files while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Proficient interpersonal, communicative, reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office functions.

Pay

$19.00 - $26.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.
