Responsibilities

A day in the life – This role is responsible for onboarding and servicing loans in the Fiserv Premier system while ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements. Duties include:

• Processing payments, escrow disbursements, payoffs, and collateral releases
• Preparing reports and assisting with audits
• Collaborating with internal teams, investors, and customers to resolve issues and support timely loan purchases

Requirements

Ability to:

• Communicate effectively (written and verbally)
• Maintain confidentiality
• Work with speed and accuracy
• Grasp technical information quickly
• Apply solid reasoning, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Work independently and as a team member

Additional requirements:

• Knowledge of automated underwriting and agency guidelines
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets of core servicing software and loan products and services
