Responsibilities

• Onboard and service loans in the Fiserv Premier system while ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements.
• Process payments, escrow disbursements, payoffs, and collateral releases.
• Prepare reports and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams, investors, and customers to resolve issues and support timely loan purchases.
• Create and maintain complete and accurate loan files.
• Provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally).
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Work with speed and accuracy.
• Grasp technical information quickly.
• Apply solid reasoning, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Work independently and as a team member.
• Knowledge of automated underwriting and agency guidelines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets of core servicing software and loan products and services.

Skills

• Experience working in Encompass, DecisionPro, AUS, LaserPro, GUS.
