Mortgage Loan Processor III - Branch Support Huntsville, AL

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to gather additional documentation and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Prepare mortgage loan files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify and analyze borrower financial information including credit reports, income documents, and asset statements.
• Cook up with loan officers and underwriters to ensure timely loan closings.
• Maintain and update loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan process.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
• Proficiency using Encompass.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Familiar with TILA / RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID); Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, loan products and underwriting guidelines; Sound judgment and decision-making skills; Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations; Ability to manage large pipelines with minimal supervision; Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay

$24.00 - $30.00 hourly plus bonus.

Position is onsite or remote supporting the Huntsville, AL Branch.
