Mortgage Loan Officer, Specialty Products

What You’ll Do

• Possess outbound calling skills and follow up with prospects regarding documents submitted for review.
• Analyze credit reports, income documents, and conduct further research as needed.
• Explain various loan products to customers and provide high-level customer service throughout the loan process.
• Ensure loans comply with Carrington guidelines, applicable regulations, and investor requirements.
• Partner with operations staff to facilitate the efficient processing of loan files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in mortgage lending, preferably with experience in Non-QM products.
• A current Mortgage Loan Originator License through NMLS.

Target Pay Range

The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $300,000+ annually.
