Responsibilities

• Meet with members face-to-face or via phone/email to collect data and documentation.
• Evaluate financial and credit situations to determine eligibility.
• Provide pre-qualification information to assist in negotiations.
• Prepare loan files by gathering required documentation and information.
• Communicate with borrowers, realtors, and third parties throughout the process.
• Attend community and networking events to develop relationships and solicit business.
• Contribute to team efforts and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related mortgage experience.
