Responsibilities
- Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
- Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s leads
- Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
- Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
- Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
- Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
- Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)
- Active or eligible NMLS license
- Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and team-first mentality
Compensation
$100,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
