What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors—educating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios
- Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property success
- Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing
- Leverage company-provided leads and Salesforce to build and manage a strong pipeline
- Drive growth by consistently exceeding origination goals and delivering an exceptional borrower experience
- Amplify your reach through strategic outreach, marketing materials, and smart client qualification
What We’re Looking For
- Location - Charlotte MSA based
- Experience: 1+ years in residential or commercial mortgage lending (or similar background)
- Skillset: Strong sales instincts, relationship-building ability, and sharp problem-solving skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Licensing: MLO license preferred, but not required
Compensation & Upside
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Commission: Up to 40 BPS + profit sharing on closed loan economics
- Total Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+ annually (uncapped upside)
- Equity Opportunity: All 2026 hires receive shares through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
