Responsibilities
- Present and communicate company loan products and services
- Aid clients in completing loan applications and all necessary paperwork
- Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility
- Follow up, follow up, follow up
Qualifications
- NMLS License required
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
- Experience with Hard Money loans is a plus
- DRE License is a plus
