About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Manage member accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand member relationships and increase account balances.
- Participate in cross-selling efforts to promote additional services and products offered by AmeriCU.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery to members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of credit union operations and member service principles.
- Passion for community banking and financial empowerment.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using credit union software and systems.
