Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Manage member accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand member relationships and increase account balances.
• Participate in cross-selling efforts to promote additional services and products offered by AmeriCU.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery to members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit union operations and member service principles.
• Passion for community banking and financial empowerment.

Skills
