Mortgage Loan Coordinator - Loan Partner

Metroplex Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage Loan Coordinator (Loan Partner) to guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing. The role is full‑time, in‑office at 8622 N Himes Avenue, Tampa, Florida. Candidates should be organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable on the phone, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. Mortgage experience is helpful but not required; training and support are provided.

Ideal candidates may come from banking, insurance, customer service, real estate, title, hospitality, retail management, administrative support, or mortgage backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers by gathering documentation and reviewing loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with clients and realtors to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriters and processors to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing.
• Assemble and submit loan packages to lender underwriters for approval or denial.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the process in the system—from origination to close.
• Work with borrowers to gather financial information, verify accuracy, determine creditworthiness, and complete the mortgage loan application.

• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the loan process.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills with borrowers, realtors, and team members.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and web‑based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.

Compensation

Base salary plus performance incentives. Expected annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience and performance.
