Mortgage Loan Consultant

First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 160 years of experience, is seeking a full‑time Mortgage Loan Consultant to develop new mortgage business in Bloomsburg and surrounding areas. The position is based at 2301 Columbia Blvd., Bloomsburg.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business from both present and prospective customers.
• Follow up on mortgage referrals from bank employees.
• Develop relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and community/civic organizations to promote mortgage loan opportunities.
• Generate new mortgage business and represent the bank at closing.

Requirements

• Positive, proactive, problem‑solving team player willing to hold themselves accountable.
• Knowledge of the features and benefits of mortgage loan products and services, as well as current mortgage lending regulations.
• Prior lending experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
