Location: Plainville, CT (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to help clients navigate the mortgage process while delivering exceptional service from application through closing.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and underwrite mortgage loans
• Guide borrowers through the lending process with outstanding customer service
• Communicate extensively with customers via phone and in person
• Cross-sell additional banking and financial products when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Active NMLS License required
• Prior experience within the banking, credit union, or mortgage industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
