About the role
A community-focused credit union in North Dakota is seeking an experienced Mortgage Lender to help rebuild and grow its mortgage program. This is not a commission-only grind, expect a solid base salary, strong incentives, and the support of a team that takes care of customers (and each other) seriously, without taking themselves too seriously. You'll be empowered to write and service loans fully in-house, build lasting relationships in the community, and have a clear path for growth as the portfolio expands.

Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage lending experience
