Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing condo questionnaires, budgets, insurance, legal documents, and project approvals
- Partnering closely with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years previous condo project review experience required
Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

- Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
- Paid Sick Time — 40 hours of paid sick time after 90 days of employment. State sick time requirements will be added as needed.
