Responsibilities
- Prepare closing disclosures and loan documents
- Disburse funds efficiently
- Conduct mortgage closings as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with banking regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
- At least two years of mortgage lending experience
- Strong knowledge of closing requirements and regulations
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
