Responsibilities

• Negotiate loan terms with clients
• Process loan applications efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process
• Handle inquiries from clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and credit report

• Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
