About the role

Motivated and experienced Mortgage Bankers are needed to join our team. This role involves assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans, providing guidance on loan products, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in applying for various types of mortgage loans
• Provide detailed explanations of different loan products and their benefits
• Ensure all loan applications meet regulatory requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding mortgage processes
• Prepare and submit loan documents to third-party lenders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage banking or similar field
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
