- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or similar field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
