About the role

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations within a department, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Overseeing inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
