About the role

We're seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Our mission is to provide the best experience for people and families living with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment for individuals with disabilities
• Support daily activities such as hygiene, bathing, and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility and safety needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Participate in community-based programs and services
• Help with job coaching and independent living skills training
• Support individuals in accessing community resources and benefits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience preferred
• Experience working with disabilities not required
• Driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• At least 18 years of age
