Schedule
East Pittsburgh Area; primarily 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM; approximately 70% travel; business casual environment; full-time position; on-call and weekend availability as needed.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating janitorial teams
- Building strong customer relationships
- Conducting quality inspections and audits
- Hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Managing staffing levels and coverage
- Tracking activity through CRM software
- Maintaining labor budgets and operational goals
- Addressing customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
- Supporting employee growth and development
- Improving processes and driving operational excellence
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Dependable and professional attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience preferred, not required; leadership, supervisory, or janitorial experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic
